Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. No cam noise like some of the other cams out there.

It will not be an easy swap. It can be made to fit. The 2001 has a Magnetti Marelli EFI and you will need the wiring harness and more if yours doesn't have the MM EFI.
