They have good quality dehydrated foods that are excellent for long term food storage, yet affordable enough for everyday use. Many of the foods they sell are packaged in #10 cans (you know, like those big old tin coffee cans) or thick Mylar bags. Each shift is 4.5 hours long. The Cannery produces peanut butter for the Food Bank every other Thursday. Main shifts are 7:30 AM-Noon and 11:30 AM to 4 PM.
