It seems cursed isn't online unless you do ridiculous runs multiple times in a row. Cursed is almost like hacks. They know everything about you. It presently is believed only to exist offline or in rare cases. Tagged just means you're on Scav sights. Find cover for ~2 minutes and they reset.

I have experienced tagged and cursed on a raid where I was fully geared. No clue what was the trigger in this case and probably a bug. If you put gear on, it breaks the tag. Yes only having a pistol will get you tagged. I think having 2 extra mags or a tac rig is enough to get over the threshold. Toz gamer rise up.
